Amicably Ever After

Divorce Ends Your Marriage, Not Your Family

UNTied NYC & The First Steps Panel

January 21, 2016 Casey Shevin

I'm thrilled to be joining UNTied NYC (a fabulous divorce support group) as a panelist at their First Steps event on February 3, 2016.

If you're facing divorce the first thing to know is: you have options. This event is designed to empower you (and calm you) with information about the various options you have to choose from.

Divorce doesn't have to be all out war - there are amicable conflict resolution processes that you should be aware of before getting started. I'm on the First Steps panel to let audience members know that it is possible to have an amicable divorce AND get a fair and legally sound result. I'll be talking about how to get there with mediation and Wevorce. This information is so important and I can't wait to share it.

Also on this panel is Liza Caldwell, a talented divorce coach from SAS for Women, and Nina Epstein an experienced divorce litigator from Goldweber Epstein LLP.

The three of us will be sharing our expertise and answering questions from a curious audience in the comfort of Elise Pettus' beautiful Brooklyn home. If you, or someone you know, could benefit form this event registration information can be found HERE.
